Healing from Trauma Through the Power of Relationship
HopeforHealing
Love often comes quietly. Not in thunder or in spectacle, but in the stillness of a barn. In the gentle whicker of a horse settling in for the night. As lantern light flickers against the stall walls, you can feel the world pause - almost as if creation itself is holding its breath. This is the night of divine nearness. This is the night love draws close. The promise spoken to David is fulfilled not in a palace, but in a manger. Christ enters the world in vulnerability, wrapped not in power but in peace. The horse knows this language - the steady heartbeat of companionship, the quiet trust that doesn't need to be taught. In the stable of love, we remember that God chose to dwell with us. Not to rul from afar, but to share our breath, our burdens, our humility.
The mornings are still cold, but there's a softness in the light - a quiet hint that dawn is coming.
God prepares our hearts through repentance and renewal, through honest steps toward healing.
